HOW FRESH IS OUR COFFEE?
We buy from regions in active harvests across Colombia. The coffee is dry-milled in Bogotá, the step that removes the papery layer around each bean, then ships overnight by FedEx to our Brooklyn roastery. We roast to order, so your coffee can reach you in as little as 10 days from origin, delivering unmatched freshness and a more vibrant flavor.
WHICH GRIND SHOULD I CHOOSE?
For the freshest cup, we recommend choosing whole bean and grinding just before each brew. Don't have a grinder? Select from eight grind settings tailored to the most popular brewing methods, and we'll grind your coffee fresh before shipping.
CAN I SEND IT AS A GIFT, OR TO SEVERAL ADDRESSES?
Yes. Choose “Send to multiple addresses” on the product page to ship to everyone on your list in one order, and add a note for each box at checkout.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO RECEIVE IT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS?
Order by November 23 for delivery by Thanksgiving, and December 21 for delivery by Christmas anywhere in the US. Every bag is roasted to order in Brooklyn and ships by express, so it arrives fresh. Orders over $50 ship free.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY COFFEE?
We roast your order and ship it within two business days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves Brooklyn.
IS ANYTHING ADDED TO THE COFFEE?
No. Holiday Blend is 100% Colombian arabica specialty coffee. The coffee is a blend of two lots: a natural and a washed process coffee. The milk chocolate, orange marmalade, nutmeg and mulled wine are tasting notes, flavors that come from the beans themselves and how they’re processed and roasted. No spices or flavorings go in the bag.
HOW LONG IS HOLIDAY BLEND AVAILABLE?
From November until early January, or until this year’s lots run out, whichever comes first.
